Terms and Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Signal Scope website and the purchase or use of any Signal Scope assessments, reports, or related services. By accessing this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Signal Scope provides independent deal-risk assessments and written analytical reports intended to support internal decision-making. Services may include structured assessments, written reports, and supporting analysis based on information you provide.

Signal Scope does not provide sales execution, legal advice, financial advice, or guarantees of deal outcomes.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting an inquiry or completing an assessment. Signal Scope is not responsible for conclusions or recommendations affected by incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate information.

You are responsible for how any assessment or report is used internally within your organization.

No Guarantees or Outcomes

All assessments and reports are advisory in nature. Signal Scope does not guarantee deal closure, revenue outcomes, buyer behavior, or internal approval decisions.

Disagreement with findings, conclusions, risk ratings, or recommendations does not constitute a service failure.

Fees and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before an assessment or report is delivered.

By submitting payment, you authorize Signal Scope to process the transaction through its designated payment provider.

Refund Policy

This is a custom assessment. All sales are final once access to the assessment is granted.

No refunds will be provided based on dissatisfaction with conclusions, risk assessments, recommendations, or outcomes.

Refunds are not offered for changes in business circumstances, internal decisions, or deal developments occurring after submission.

Signal Scope may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in the event of a technical or processing error.

Intellectual Property

All reports, assessments, content, and materials provided by Signal Scope are the intellectual property of Signal Scope unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use delivered materials for internal business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, publication, or external sharing without written permission is prohibited.

Confidentiality

Information submitted through assessments or inquiries is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services. Signal Scope does not sell or share deal-specific information with third parties.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any Signal Scope service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area and administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider, or if none is agreed, a provider selected in accordance with Oregon law.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise required by law. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Signal Scope.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Scope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services or website.

Signal Scope’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Term and Termination

These Terms take effect upon your access to the website or purchase of a Signal Scope service and remain in effect until the applicable assessment or report has been delivered.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, arbitration, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site functionality, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Modifications

Signal Scope reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
