Assessment Options
Signal Scope offers two deal-risk assessment options for sales executives and founders who need an objective view of deal health before committing more time, resources, or forecast weight.
Both assessments provide an independent, written analysis of a single opportunity. There are no calls, no coaching, and no follow-up services. The goal is clarity, not influence.
Individual Deal Audit
The Individual Deal Audit is a fast, focused assessment of a single B2B opportunity showing signs of risk or uncertainty.
This option is designed for situations where a deal appears active but momentum has slowed, approval steps are unclear, or forecast confidence is starting to erode. It provides an objective view of whether the deal is structurally sound or quietly at risk.
You complete a guided assessment covering common late-stage failure points, including approval visibility, procurement readiness, security or legal friction, internal timing constraints, and buyer-side alignment.
Within 24 to 48 hours, you receive a concise Deal Intelligence Dossier summarizing overall deal health, surfacing hidden risks likely to emerge later in the buying process, and outlining immediate next steps to either confirm recoverability or reduce exposure.
This audit is intended for internal decision-making and can be shared with sales leadership, finance, or executive stakeholders.
Best for:
Quick clarity on a single stalled or uncertain deal.
Advanced Deal Dossier
The Advanced Deal Dossier is a deeper assessment for high-value, complex, or highly visible opportunities where uncertainty itself carries material risk.
This option is designed for enterprise or mid-market deals involving multiple stakeholders, extended buying cycles, procurement or security layers, or executive oversight.
You complete an expanded assessment that evaluates structural deal risk across the full buying path, including decision authority clarity, internal dependency points, competitive pressure, timing exposure, and execution risk.
The resulting dossier is a comprehensive, executive-ready report designed to support higher-stakes decisions such as forecast inclusion, resource allocation, escalation, or deal repositioning.
This option is often used ahead of board reviews, late-stage pipeline calls, or strategic planning discussions.
Best for:
Deals where the cost of misjudging risk is significant.
Which Option Should You Choose?
If the opportunity is relatively contained and represents a smaller portion of your pipeline or forecast, the Individual Deal Audit is typically sufficient.
If the deal represents meaningful revenue, executive visibility, or downstream resource commitment, the Advanced Deal Dossier is designed to support higher-stakes decisions where uncertainty carries real cost.
As a general guide, teams tend to use the Individual Deal Audit for contained opportunities and the Advanced Deal Dossier when the value or exposure of the deal makes misjudging risk difficult to unwind later.
